Project Management Consultant Contractor

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced contractor to support project management operations and drive digital reporting and automation initiatives within our Engineering & Construction team.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day project management activities and team coordination

Design develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards

Build and manage Power Automate workflows to streamline team processes

Manage and organize the Power BI workspace and app including cleanup and governance of existing content

Collaborate with internal stakeholders on reporting needs and continuous improvements

Required Qualifications

Proven experience with Microsoft Power BI (report/dashboard development workspace management)

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (flow design and maintenance)

Background in project management support or coordination

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working within large infrastructure energy or construction environments

Familiarity with project controls or capital project reporting
