Job Summary

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a CNC Field Service Engineer across our Illinois and Indiana customer base. The CNC Field Service Engineer will handle the installation troubleshooting repair and preventive maintenance of CNC machine tools and equipment. The role involves diagnosing technical issues performing precise repairs and ensuring optimal machine performance. Providing exceptional customer service and technical support while representing the companys commitment to reliable and high-quality service is an essential part of the position.

Qualifications

Experience in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance with the ability to respond to and resolve service calls effectively.
Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for identifying and addressing machine tool issues promptly.
Excellent Customer Service skills including the ability to communicate effectively and build professional relationships with clients.
Knowledge of CNC machines and operational processes is highly beneficial.
Ability to work independently follow safety standards and maintain detailed service documentation.
Technical degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
Willingness to travel locally for on-site service assignments and hold a valid drivers license.
