Job Summary
STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Consultant Investment Transformation Program Manager on behalf of our client in Jersey City NJ.
This role will support enterprise-wide investment transformation initiatives across Investment Accounting Investment Operations and Investment Analytics. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience in investment operations and accounting transformation along with the ability to coordinate complex cross-functional programs involving data modernization IBOR/ABOR capabilities governance and operational process improvement.
This position requires a collaborative professional who can work effectively with Finance Operations Technology and executive leadership teams to drive program execution manage dependencies and ensure alignment across strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain integrated program plans across investment transformation initiatives

Coordinate and track IBOR/ABOR-related workstreams and investment data modernization efforts

Partner with business and technology teams to align transformation activities and delivery timelines

Support investment data and analytics initiatives including enterprise platform modernization efforts

Monitor risks dependencies milestones and remediation activities across workstreams

Facilitate governance meetings stakeholder discussions and executive status reporting

Coordinate legacy data quality reconciliation and operational issue tracking

Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance scalability controls and operational efficiency

Drive cross-functional collaboration between Accounting Operations Analytics and Technology teams
Required Qualifications

8 12 years of experience within financial services investment operations investment accounting or middle office environments

Strong understanding of investment lifecycle processes including IBOR & ABOR concepts reconciliations and reporting

Experience supporting large-scale transformation or enterprise modernization programs

Hands-on approach with the ability to drive execution and accountability across teams

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technology functions

Experience working in regulated financial environments with strong controls and governance processes

Ability to manage multiple initiatives within complex matrixed organizations
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Palantir Foundry or similar enterprise data platforms

Experience with Clearwater Analytics or comparable investment accounting platforms

Background in insurance reinsurance or asset management industries

Familiarity with SAFe or Agile delivery methodologies

Experience coordinating legacy remediation or data quality initiatives
