Job Summary

Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist

Role Responsibilities (High Level)

  • Coordinate site level planning and integrate internal demand
  • Monitor and control inventory levels including slow moving inventory
  • Identify and resolve supply constraints (capacity shortages urgent orders)
  • Collaborate with customer service manufacturing logistics and external partners
  • Maintain accurate master data and ensure planning governance
  • Support global supply chain initiatives

Skill Requirements

Must Have Skills:

  • 2 years of experience in supply chain planning / operations / purchasing
  • Strong communication skills (role involves vendor/supplier interaction)
  • Hands on experience with SAP / ERP or any planning tool
  • Preference for candidates from Chemical or Supply Chain Services industry

Good to Have Skills:

  • Data analytics tools (Power BI Power Automate Python)
  • MS Office proficiency
