Compensation & Benefit Specialist
Job Summary
Egis KSA is looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist to be responsible for Payroll Benefits & HRIS process related activities for KSA Country. C&B specialist will report to Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager
In addition the C&B specialist will closely work with HR Ops HR manager & C&B regional team to ensure coordination between HR Ops & C&B activities and to manage workload of other countries accordingly.
Specific Responsibilities as part of the Fast Start Mandate
- Manage end to end payroll activities for KSA country.
- Maintaining employee records in regional payroll systems and Global HR systems.
- Ensure payroll systems are up to date with new joiners data leavers data and employee records changes etc.
- Responsible to collect payroll inputs from different sources and validate it to ensure the accuracy.
- Process monthly payrolls which include creation of salary & recanalization reports and generating WPS files & payslips.
- Preparing final settlement reports for leavers including sign off and pay out inline with offboarding processes.
- Preparing monthly accruals reports of Gratuity & leaves and providing periodic reports of it to the manager and other senior management.
- Ensure confidentiality in processing salaries maintaining benefits accruals and employee data.
- Ensuring employee leave records and balances in payroll systems are up to date including leaves entitlements leave avails and carry over balances.
- Liaise with finance team to ensure all accounting entries related to payroll benefits & end of service accruals are recorded.
- Support manager in yearly activities such as payroll and benefit accruals audit insurance renewals etc.
- Act as a point of contact for handling and resolving employee queries related payroll & Benefits.
- Updating SOP documents for payroll process and related activities in line with company policies and labour laws.
- Liaise with C&B Team members to support on other C&B activities.

Qualifications :
Additional requirement
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Passionate about numbers data & systems
- Preferably holding an HR educational background
