Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for D365 Finance and Operations applications.
- Collaborate with project teams to design and implement technical solutions within the Supply Chain Management module.
- Develop and customize D365 Finance and Operations environments including system configuration data migration and user training.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to D365 applications and integrations with other systems.
- Participate in the testing process ensuring the integrity and reliability of all system modifications.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for D365 systems including performance tuning and system updates.
- Stay current with industry trends tools and technologies related to D365 and supply chain operations.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations particularly in the Supply Chain Management module.
- Experience with technical development in D365 including X programming data entities and workflows.
- Familiarity with ERP integration techniques and data migration strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in technical implementation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
