Job Description

Position Summary:

The Manager - IT GTM will lead and manage the organizations Go-To-Market technology ecosystem including Distributor Management System (DMS) Sales Force Automation (SFA) Retail / Trade Automation platforms and related sales enablement applications. The role focuses on driving digitization improving sales execution efficiency enabling data-driven decision making and ensuring seamless integration across business systems. The incumbent will work closely with Sales Commercial Analytics and IT teams to deliver scalable technology solutions that enhance distributor effectiveness retail visibility operational control and business performance. The role also involves managing strategic IT initiatives vendor coordination governance controls and continuous improvement of GTM technology platforms

Key Responsibilities:

1. GTM Systems Management: Manage and enhance DMS SFA Retail / Trade Automation platforms and related GTM applications.
2. Business Partnership: Work closely with Sales and business teams to drive automation digitization and process improvements.
3. Project Delivery: Lead end-to-end execution of GTM IT initiatives within timelines and budgets.
4. Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for implementation support and issue resolution.
5. Analytics & Reporting: Enable dashboards and reporting to improve visibility into sales and distributor performance.
6. Governance & Controls: Ensure system governance data integrity compliance and operational controls across GTM platforms.
7. Digital Transformation: Drive continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies including AI/ML-led initiatives.
8. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide regular updates to leadership.
9. Team Management: Lead mentor and manage team performance and development.

Qualifications:

1. BE / in Computer Science IT or related field from a reputed institution
2. MBA preferred
3. 15 years of IT experience with exposure to IT business partnering and enterprise applications
4. Experience in DMS SFA Retail / Trade Automation BI and GTM systems
5. Strong knowledge of system integrations IT governance and process automation
6. Experience in project management stakeholder management and vendor coordination
7. Understanding of FMCG Pharma or Retail business operations preferred
8. Exposure to analytics and AI/ML-driven solutions is an added advantage
9. Good communication problem-solving and team handling skills

Please note: This role will require to work from office for 5.5 Days in a week.
