Key Responsibilities:
- Branch financial reporting including balance sheet reconciliations cash flow reporting and creditors management
- Daily banking invoice capturing reconciliations and supplier account maintenance
- Cost control support including allocation of labour and consumables to projects and monitoring budgets
- Project and job tracking from quotation through to completion including GP and sales reporting
- General finance and administrative support to branch and operational teams
Who Should Apply:
- Relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance
- Proven experience in an Accountant or similar finance role
- Strong Excel skills and experience using accounting software (Sage / Pastel advantageous)
- High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Professional reliable and able to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders
