Your role and responsibilities
- You will provide administrative and system support to support the Residential Childrens Homes team. This will include liaising with Service Manager Business Support Manager and HR teams.
- You will be responsible for ensuring all necessary pre-recruitment activity such as establishment control processes have been completed before recruitment requests are progressed to a recruitment advisor to progress. You will need to be comfortable working with data and different IT systems and be able to explain complex information in a clear manner.
- You will also be responsible for managing incoming contacts providing responses where possible signposting to information or passing to a specialist for reply.
- You will need to have a keen eye for detail and be confident editing existing information within existing guidelines.
- This is a busy and varied role and as the first point of contact for recruitment you will need to be able coordinate and manage multiple vacancies & projects simultaneously.

You will need
- Good communication and IT skills
- the ability to work confidently under your own initiative and work independently to resolve issues
- To show good accuracy and a keen eye for detail
- To have excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work to achieve deadlines
- Good systems knowledge specifically Oracle
