Bar & Back of House Support

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure all working areas are clean and tidy
• Provide a friendly efficient and hygienic service to all customers.
• To be flexible to work in all areas of front of house
• To support the front of house team with any tasks they require
• To ensure all areas are stocked for service - coffee milk and other refreshments 
• To learn how to make all hot and cold drinks 
• To receive count inspect and store goods and/or equipment and dispensing or disposing them to/from departments as and when required.
• Report immediately any incidents or accidents fire theft loss damage unfit food or other irregularities and take such action as may be appropriate
• Report any broken equipment to the Managers on shift

Qualifications :

• Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

• Previous experience commensurate with role 

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
