Performance Objectives for Year One:

Define the Technical North Star: Within the first 90 days define and initiate the execution of a comprehensive technical strategy and architectural roadmap that unifies the intermediary platform across multiple distinct business clusters.
Elevate Engineering Capability: Over the first year build leadership depth and succession by actively coaching and mentoring other Tech Leads and senior engineers across multiple agile teams.
Drive Multi-Team Delivery: Successfully coordinate the technical delivery of 2-3 major cross-functional initiatives proactively identifying risks managing dependencies and removing delivery bottlenecks without relying on direct authority.
Establish Operational Excellence: Within 6 months drive a measurable improvement in platform reliability security and operational maturity by standardizing engineering patterns best practices and incident management protocols across all teams.
