Your Responsibilities

Were looking for a Strategic Account Executive which plays a critical role in supporting DocuWares channel-led growth strategy and expanding company presence through partnerships with Authorized DocuWare Partners (ADPs). This role generates new revenue and boosts partner performance via business planning enablement and strategic sales execution.

This role is responsible for develops go-to-market strategies leads enablement programs and provides tailored support aligning with partner strengths and target markets. Utilizing a solution-selling approach the individual drives joint business planning and pipeline development helping partners acquire new customers expand existing accounts and achieve shared sales objectives.

For this position you will need to live in Bogota Colombia. You must also be fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Meet or exceed budgeted sales and gross profit quotas as determined during goal setting meetings and by management.
  • Develop business opportunities through channel of ADPs including developing and implementing Marketing Plans and working with Sales Staff and Professional Services personnel to identify new business opportunities and to increase sales each year.
  • Conduct Sales and Technical workshops to educate dealer channel as well as end-user seminars and presentations to close business.
  • Work closely with ADPs to qualify prospects and evaluate their needs from pre-sales consulting to closing.
  • Maintain analyze and utilize territory records and other information to efficiently organize plan execute and measure results.
  • Provide timely accurate and constructive written and oral communications to management regarding monthly activity.
  • Includes updating CRM uploading reports and all other activities as requested by management.
  • Other duties as required.

What you need to succeed

  • Must live in Bogota Colombia.
  • Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Four-year college degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years enterprise software and/or software automation.
  • Ability to travel three weeks a year to our Beacon NY office for Quarterly Briefings.
  • Ability to travel one week a year to our DoucWorld event (locations vary).
  • Possess excellent verbal/presentation and written communication skills.
  • Possess above average computer skills and ability to competently demonstrate software functionality.
  • Ability to analyse business processes and to find individual solutions.
  • Ability to lead and to motivate people.
  • Extensive travel required.
