Responsibilities

• Create compelling content across digital channels including email social media multimedia website and podcast
• Own the editorial calendar ensuring timely relevant content that supports business goals values and brand positioning
• Lead communication projects from concept through delivery managing timelines inputs and approvals independently
• Partner with leaders and teams across the organization to surface stories translate initiatives and advance priorities
• Advise internal stakeholders on communication strategy campaign planning and change management approaches
• Develop and design marketing and communication assets for print digital and multimedia use
• Serve as a brand steward by ensuring all content and assets align with brand standards and voice
• Collaborate crossfunctionally to plan and execute integrated campaigns and internal communications initiatives
• Support marketing needs tied to events conferences presentations and sponsorships
• Use metrics and data insights to evaluate effectiveness and continuously improve content and campaigns

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three or more years prior experience in marketing communications project management design or related role.
• Strong communication skills; highly collaborative with the ability to build internal and external partnerships.
• Strong project management skills with high personal accountability.
• Must be detail-oriented self-motivated and possess a quality customer service attitude.
• Desire to join a high-functioning collaborative and supportive team culture.
