Responsibilities
- Create compelling content across digital channels including email social media multimedia website and podcast
- Own the editorial calendar ensuring timely relevant content that supports business goals values and brand positioning
- Lead communication projects from concept through delivery managing timelines inputs and approvals independently
- Partner with leaders and teams across the organization to surface stories translate initiatives and advance priorities
- Advise internal stakeholders on communication strategy campaign planning and change management approaches
- Develop and design marketing and communication assets for print digital and multimedia use
- Serve as a brand steward by ensuring all content and assets align with brand standards and voice
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to plan and execute integrated campaigns and internal communications initiatives
- Support marketing needs tied to events conferences presentations and sponsorships
- Use metrics and data insights to evaluate effectiveness and continuously improve content and campaigns
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
- Three or more years prior experience in marketing communications project management design or related role.
- Strong communication skills; highly collaborative with the ability to build internal and external partnerships.
- Strong project management skills with high personal accountability.
- Must be detail-oriented self-motivated and possess a quality customer service attitude.
- Desire to join a high-functioning collaborative and supportive team culture.
