Job Summary
- Build and maintain senior-level client relationships to ensure satisfaction loyalty and growth.
- Lead and oversee the delivery of BTL campaigns from briefing to execution ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities and support new business pitches.
- Manage and mentor Account Managers and Executives to ensure best-in-class client servicing.
- Oversee the development of campaign proposals budgets and reports.
- Partner with Operations and Creative teams to deliver integrated innovative and cost-effective solutions.
- Conduct post-campaign evaluations to measure success and extract insights for improvement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in marketing Communications or related field. 710 years experience in client service/account management preferably in an advertising marketing or media agency.
- Strong record in building and maintaining senior client relationships.
- Proven leadership in managing client servicing teams.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
