Job Summary

As a Strategic Partnership Manager for the Japan Market youll be responsible for managing Wixs largest strategic channel partner as a customer   and fostering strong relationships with key persons . Youll work closely with diverse internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure customer growth and partnership success.

In your day-to-day you will:  

  • Manage Wixs largest strategic channel accounts and partnerships in the Japan market  
  • Learn customers technical and business environments to take full responsibility for growth and success  
  • Master the platforms capabilities including integration data structure and funnel flows  
  • Interpret customer requirements into product capabilities to propose tailored solutions  
  • Ensure customer buy-in and deliver projects qualitatively on time and within budget  
  • Manage QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and ABRs (Annual Business Reviews)  
     

Qualifications :

  • 10 years of experience in account management or customer success including managing large strategic accounts  
  • Strong industry experience preferably in SaaS  
  • Deep understanding of user journey processes marketing GTM strategies integrations and data analysis  
  • Proven experience in increasing customer satisfaction adoption growth and retention  
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in Japanese (JLPT N1 level or above) and English (full business proficiency or above)
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment  
  • Project management experience technical background and experience working with Fortune 500 clients an advantage  
  • This role follows a hybrid work model. You will be expected to work from the Tokyo office 23 days per week (or more as needed based on business requirements).
