Job Summary
The primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional contract performance across the portfolio and serves as the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) taking the lead in bridging the gap between Veolia and our large key customers in the Oil & Gas industry. This is a crucial role that involves close collaboration with key stakeholders both internally and externally including account contacts Key Account Managers product management and technology teams across Veolia.

Project management capabilities for coordinating multiple stakeholders
Consultative selling approach focused on business outcomes rather than just technical specifications
Ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions that resonate with executives.
Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate closely with the Veolia Key Account Manager to oversee all Account activities.
Continuously monitor and optimise contract performance down to the plant level.
Manage large cross P&L contracts for one of our O&G key accounts.
Lead customer adoption of NPIs with identified key customers.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our customers needs and how Veolia can provide tailored solutions to address them effectively.
Lead the charge in driving the adoption of our innovative InSight platform throughout customer locations revolutionizing the way we digitize our operations.
Identify opportunities for automation improvements and work closely with local teams to implement them.
Conduct quarterly business reviews and KPI review meetings with key customer decision-makers at the corporate level ensuring their utmost satisfaction and addressing any water treatment-related issues promptly.
Serve as a global water champion for our customers within Veolia representing their interests and needs within our organization.
Maintain a project tracker and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate proposal requests for new plant installations showcasing our expertise and capabilities.
Qualifications :
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of water and/or process treatment products services technologies and applications portfolio
Knowledge experience in the markets processes and equipment related to the Refining industry will be highly beneficial
Align strategy with execution possess strong influencing skills across business functions and thrive in a matrix environment
A clear thinker an excellent listener externally focused and a problem-solver.
Collaboration is key able to work across functions and organizational boundaries to quickly mobilize stakeholders.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering Biology or Chemistry from an accredited college or university
10 years Technical Water or Process Treatment experience
Additional Information :
Compensation - The salary range is tied to the market for similarly bench-marked roles. The range is not an absolute but a guide and offers will be based on the individual candidates knowledge skills experience and market conditions as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $110000.00-$130000.00 USD annually AND a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP).
