Your mission
Provide support for existing Windows clients and office infrastructure (including printers Wi-Fi and VPN).
Manage the technical onboarding of new employees including credential setup and workstation configuration.
Ensure IT office operations remain fully functional and secure during business hours.
Implement system updates patches and version upgrades in line with organizational policies.
Collaborate with internal teams.
Maintain accurate system documentation and ensure compliance with IT standards and best practices.
Maintain the IT assets and inventory management
Fix minor hardware issues (recabling laptop cleaning fan replacement battery change)
Handling vendor contact for purchases and service requests
Assistance with licenses management
Deploy new windows clients using network deployment solutions (SCCM)

Your profile
Bachelors Degree from a recognized and approved university (full-time course only).
Minimum 2 years of experience in MS Windows administration.
Hands-on experience in PowerShell scripting.
Proven experience in providing ticket-based and direct end-user support resolving technical issues efficiently.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive and structured approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in MS Windows administration.
Hands-on experience in PowerShell scripting.
Proven experience in providing ticket-based and direct end-user support resolving technical issues efficiently.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive and structured approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when required.
