Job Summary

Talladega College is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to serve as the Part-Time Head
Womens Flag Football Coach for its Womens Flag Football Club Team. The Head Coach will
be responsible for organizing developing and leading all aspects of the program while
promoting sportsmanship academic success leadership and student engagement.
The successful candidate will help build and grow a competitive and positive club sports
environment that reflects the mission and values of Talladega College.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Organize and conduct practices training sessions and team meetings.
Recruit and retain qualified student-athletes for the Womens Flag Football Club Team.
Develop game strategies and oversee team competition.
Schedule games tournaments and team travel in coordination with the Athletics
Department and/or Campus Recreation.
Monitor academic progress conduct and overall well-being of student-athletes.
Promote leadership teamwork discipline and sportsmanship among team members.
Ensure compliance with college policies procedures and club sport regulations.
Maintain inventory and proper care of equipment and uniforms.
Assist with fundraising community engagement and promotional activities for the
program.
Work collaboratively with college administrators staff and other campus departments.
Supervise assistant coaches and volunteers if applicable.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director.
Qualifications
High school diploma required; bachelors degree preferred.
Previous coaching or playing experience in flag football football or a related sport
preferred.
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work evenings weekends and travel as needed.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and motivate college students.
CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
