Label Machine Operator 500 Sign-On Bonus

Vestcom a standalone business unit of Avery Dennison is looking for a Machine Operator to join our production this role you arent just pushing buttonsyou are the pilot of your equipment. You will be responsible for operating label machines efficiently troubleshooting technical issues on the fly and ensuring every product meets our high-quality standards.

***$500 Sign-On Bonus***

Potential Shifts:

Day Shift: Sunday - Tuesday 5am - 5pm Wednesday 5am - 11am

Day Shift: Wednesday 11am - 5pm Thursday - Saturday 5am - 5pm

IMMEDIATE NEED:

Night Shift: Sunday - Tuesday 5pm - 5am Wednesday 5pm - 11pm

Night Shift: Wednesday 11pm - 5am Thursday - Saturday 5pm - 5am

What Youll Do:

• Own Your Production: Setup and operate label machines to meet daily deadlines with a zero-defect mindset.

• Troubleshoot & Improve: Use your mechanical aptitude to diagnose malfunctions and find root-cause solutions rather than band-aid fixes.

• Drive Precision: Monitor close tolerances and use our ERP system to log materials and time accurately.

• Safety First: Maintain a clean organized and safe environment always prioritizing the well-being of yourself and your teammates.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED.

• 12 years of related mechanical or manufacturing experience.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Proficiency in reading technical measurements and basic computer literacy.

Starting Hiring Rate: $18/hr
