Job Summary

We are recruiting for a crucial Customer Service Executive position within our Background Checking team based at our Nottingham office reporting into the team leader. You will be part of an important team within Experian. It allows you to grow both your customer service and administration skills. Additionally it offers a career path that provides fantastic career progression and learning opportunities.

You will have experience of excellent customer service skills which you use to support our clients and customers throughout their employment screening journey.

You will conduct several of the component parts of the employment screening process. This will allow you to build your confidence and understanding of multiple screening processes such as criminal record checks DVLA and International checks. Working with your team you will blend together problem solving skills and a keen eye for detail and making accurate decisions.

We are offering the chance for you to build a career within the Customer Services sector. You will work with a friendly team where you will learn new skills and have the opportunity to work your way up within a renowned business.


Qualifications :

  • Were looking for someone with a proven Customer Service background. Alternatively were interested in someone who has had a previous customer-facing this role they dealt with customers on a daily basis either face to face or through another medium such as inbound or outbound telephone calls.
  • Were after a team player who can stay organised and self-motivated to meet deadlines.
  • Everyone has different experience and so please dont rule yourself out if you cannot tick all of the qualities mentioned above. Talk to us about the experience that you do have.
