We are looking for you to join our growing team in Karlsruhe as a full-time (40 hours per week) as Teamlead IT -Datacenter & Infrastructure (m/f/d).

We are looking for you to join our growing team in Karlsruhe as a full-time (40 hours per week) as Teamlead IT -Datacenter & Infrastructure (m/f/d).
Your mission
- You take overall responsibility for steeringoperatingand continuously developing the global IT infrastructure including data centers and networks (LAN WAN connectivity).
- You develop and implement the IT infrastructure datacenterand network strategy including target architectures and long-term roadmaps.
- You planmanageand execute IT infrastructure and data center projects from concept phase through to operational handover.
- You ensurea highly availablesecureand highperformance IT infrastructure in alignment with Service Management and external service providers.
- You oversee backup disasterrecoveryand business continuity concepts and ensuretheir effectiveimplementation.
- You drive knowledge transfer changemanagementand user adoption for new systemsservicesand processes.
- Youparticipatein audits and risk assessments and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in close collaboration with IT Security.
Your profile
- You hold a degree in business informatics or a comparable qualification and bring experience in IT infrastructure management as well as data center and network operations.
- You have proven experience in leading teams and managing external service providers complemented by a strong understanding of IT serviceprojectand management processes.
- Youmaintaina strong interest in new and emerging technologies including networkingfirewallsand service management tools.
- You work in a highly analyticalstructuredand solutionoriented manner.
- Youdemonstrateclear decision-making abilityassertivenessanda strong senseof responsibility.
- You are exceptionally well organized resilient and able to perform effectively in complex dynamic environments.
- You communicate confidently with excellent presentation skills and are fluent in both German and English written and spoken.
