Job Summary
- Design develop and maintain test infrastructure and HIL/SIL bench environments for automotive testing platforms.
- Manage test environments tools infrastructure availability capacity and performance optimization.
- Set up and support platform testing deployment verification and infrastructure readiness activities.
- Coordinate with IT teams vendors and security teams to ensure stable and secure test environments.
- Define and maintain standards for environment setup access control and data management.
- Monitor infrastructure risks ensure business continuity and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform infrastructure performance testing and support API testing activities where required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multi-platform and distributed environments.
Qualifications :
- 8 years of experience in test infrastructure development and HIL bench design.
- Strong understanding of testing principles and HIL/SIL bench architectures.
- Hands-on experience managing and maintaining test environments tools and infrastructure.
- Experience with Jira Confluence Git Putty ECU tools DLT Viewer DSpace and Android debugging tools.
- Experience planning infrastructure capacity availability performance and test rack procurement.
- Ability to coordinate with IT vendors and security teams for environment readiness and support.
- Knowledge of API testing is considered an advantage.
- Automotive OTA release experience and OEM/program delivery experience are a plus.
- Strong communication coordination problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- German business communication basics are mandatory; German C1C2 proficiency is an advantage.
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams is a plus.
