Your mission

In this role you will
Youll have real responsibility not just activity metrics:
- Build and execute outbound strategies across the DACH market (calls email LinkedIn)
- Identify and break into high-value accounts with tailored relevant messaging
- Create pipeline that converts not just volume that looks good on dashboards
- Partner closely with AEs on account strategy to win deals not just pass leads
- Experiment constantly: test messaging channels and approaches to improve performance
- Contribute to shaping how outbound is done at deskbird as we scale
What you need to be successful

Language requirements: Native German strong English (additional languages are a bonus)
