Job Summary
Job Description
is a period of significant change as we consolidate multiple legacy ERP systems into a unified modern platform. The work is complex the codebase is not always clean and the expectations are high. Thats the context youll be stepping into.
Your tasks:
- Lead a team of 4 engineers 1 contractor: day-to-day guidance technical direction and delivery accountability
- Contribute hands-on across the platform stack this is not a purely managerial role
- Define and uphold engineering practices and quality standards within your team
- Collaborate closely with product management to scope plan and deliver features end-to-end
- Identify and address technical risk dependencies and blockers early
- Support the growth and effectiveness of your team members
- Technical Environment
- Backend: C# (required) Java Spring Boot (a strong plus)
- Frontend: React Vue
- Infrastructure: Docker Kubernetes cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Your skillset:
- Proven experience leading small engineering teams including direct technical mentorship
- Strong C# background with production experience across multiple projects
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor Claude Code etc.)
- Solid grasp of CI/CD containerization and cloud infrastructure
- Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into concrete technical plans
- Ownership mentality from design through to production
- Fluent English (German or Swedish is a plus)
