Your Responsibilities

As a People Lead you will build and own the Employee Journey at Flexa end to end. You arecomfortable owning and building the full scope of the people function solo initially with a clear growth path into Head of People as we scale

This includes:

  • Work with hiring managers to ensure the hiring plan reflects business needs

  • Own and continuously improve the company onboarding programme

  • Run the full performance review cycle in a way that builds a healthy feedback and high performance culture

  • Use and refine existing career frameworks as the team grows

  • Run engagement surveys and pulse checks; turn results into action

  • Build recognition practices and team rituals

  • Manage offboarding: exit conversations documentation knowledge transfer

  • Coordinate with Entrix on ecosystem onboarding and offboarding

  • Own HR admin: contracts payroll HRIS compliance and people reporting

Your Profile

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a generalist People role startup/scaleup experience required

  • A doer who owns their work end-to-end and gets things done

  • Organised and clear-headed in fast-moving environments

  • Direct and empathetic communicator

  • Fluent in English and German (required)

Im Fabian the Head of Operations at Flexa. My passion for the energy transition began early during my first internship at a wind farm contractor when I was just 16. Watching those massive turbines rise from the ground was a moment of awe that still resonates with me. After starting a few of my own ventures and completing my studies in Finance I transitioned into the consulting industry where I eagerly immersed myself in energy projects. From that point on I was hooked.
