We are looking for a (Senior) Product Manager to lead the development of innovative trading & software products that maximize value for our customers while accelerating the energy transition.

• Location: Munich Germany

• Employment Type: Full-Time indefinite term

• Salary Range: 90.000 - 110.000 per year gross depending on the seniority level

• Working Mode: Office-first work setup

• Language Requirement: C1 Level English German is a plus

As a Senior Product Manager for Energy Trading you will play a key role in shaping and driving product development initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying high-impact opportunities defining the solutions jointly with business and tech stakeholders and ensuring successful execution in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Identify and drive customer value by deeply understanding customer needs trading challenges and market opportunities.

• Gather and analyze requirements market trends regulations and customer needs to shape product decisions.

• Translate insights into clear product features and specifications ensuring clarity and alignment with engineering teams.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales operations tech) to ensure seamless product execution and alignment with business objectives.

• Engage with key partners and stakeholders to drive strategic integrations and enhance performance.

• Continuously analyze product performance metrics guiding improvements and innovations to maintain competitive advantage.

Mandatory Requirements

• 1 years experience in the energy industry in Germany ideally in a market-facing or technical role with knowledge of its regulatory and commercial dynamics.

• 3 years experience of hands-on product management experience in the tech industry working on complex software products.

• You enjoy working at the intersection of tech product and business development.

• Strong track record of delivering and launching complex technology products end-to-end.

• You enjoy solving problems and sparring ideas in a cross-functional team with software engineers data scientists product managers and more

• Proven experience in stakeholder management aligning business technical and market perspectives to deliver impactful analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills proficiency in German is a plus

• Strong understanding of energy trading including power markets trading strategies and optimization of assets such as battery storage.

• You have built and managed a truly innovative product or complex software.
