Whats the role
The Senior Manager Technology Performance & Engagement is a peoplefocused leadership role responsible for strengthening engagement leadership capability and culture across Technology. Working closely with senior leaders this role helps turn performance and engagement insights into practical actions that support teams through change and transformation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with Technology leaders to translate engagement performance and people insights into clear practical actions
  • Supporting leaders to build effective inclusive and engaged teams through coaching facilitation and practical leadership tools
  • Identifying emerging engagement or capability risks and working proactively to address them
  • Shaping peoplecentred performance messages that connect strategy behaviours and outcomes
  • Facilitating leadership forums and discussions that encourage accountability and meaningful action
  • Acting as a trusted advisor on people impacts across governance performance and transformation forums
What do I need

To be successful in this role you will bring a passion for enabling teams and leaders to perform at their best. You will be comfortable working in complex environments and able to turn insight into action.

Key skills and experience include:

  • Experience leading or enabling engagement culture leadership or organisational effectiveness initiatives
  • Strong coaching facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills with credibility at senior leader level
  • Ability to translate performance engagement or workforce insights into clear and practical leadership actions
  • High emotional intelligence with a peoplecentred and inclusive leadership approach
  • Experience working within complex matrixed technology or enterprise environments
