Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 57 years of hands-on expertise in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling. The candidate will be responsible for supporting implementations handling configurations and ensuring smooth integration of financial processes within SAP systems. The role requires strong functional knowledge along with the ability to work independently with business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions Configure and support SAP FI modules: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting (AA) Bank Accounting Configure and support SAP CO modules: Cost Center Accounting (CCA) Profit Center Accounting (PCA) Internal Orders Product Costing (basic exposure expected) Support SAP implementation rollout and enhancement projects Perform unit testing integration testing and support UAT activities Work on integration with other SAP modules like MM and SD Provide production support and resolve incidents within SLA timelines Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects and coordinate with technical teams Assist in data migration and validation activities Create user documentation and support end-user training Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting IT or related field 57 years of relevant SAP FICO experience Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI configuration (GL AP AR AA) Good working knowledge of SAP CO (CCA PCA Internal Orders) Experience in at least 1 full-cycle implementation or multiple support projects Understanding of financial accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS basics) Experience in cross-module integration (MM SD) Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and interact with business users Preferred Skills: Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance Basic knowledge of Fiori apps Experience with interfaces (IDocs APIs) Experience in data migration tools (LSMW or similar)
