Responsibilities
System Configuration & Implementation: Configure SAP PP modules (BOM Routings Work Centers Production Versions) to meet business requirements.
Process Analysis: Map client requirements to SAP best practices and identify gaps.
Production Planning: Implement Master Planning (MP) Demand Management and Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
Integration: Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules particularly MM (Materials Management) SD (Sales & Distribution) and FICO (Financials).
Testing & Support: Create functional specifications perform unit/integration testing (UAT) and provide post-go-live support.
User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users on new processes and system functionalities.
Core Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Proven experience in SAP implementation projects specifically in manufacturing industries.
Functional Knowledge: Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or ECC PP including PP-PI (Process Industries) or Repetitive Manufacturing.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and provide technical solutions.
Documentation: Ability to create detailed functional design documents.
Certification: SAP Certification in Production Planning is highly preferred.
Mandatory Skill sets:
- Expertise in QMS system configuration workflow design and report generation.
- Knowledge of validation lifecycle and quality documentation standards.
- Ability to analyze and optimize quality processes leveraging digital tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management tools.
Preferred Skill Sets:
- Strong project management and leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills including client-facing presentations and training delivery.

3 To 7
Education Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Quality Management Engineering or related fields.
