Job Summary

Role	SAP FICO
What awaits you/ Job Profile	Understand the business requirements preparing AS-IS and TO-BE documents and get sign-off from users for Business Blueprint document. 9 years of SAP FICO experience with strong exposure to ECC 6.0. Hands-on configuration experience in core FI and CO sub-modules. Lead and deliver SAP FICO solutions across various ECC projects (implementation rollout support). Gather business requirements perform fit-gap analysis and design efficient solutions in ECC. Configure and maintain core FI modules (GL AP AR AA Bank Accounting Taxation). Configure CO modules including Cost Centre Accounting Internal Orders Profit Centre Accounting and COPA. Experience with localization for different geographies (e.g. GST VAT etc.). Perform integration with MM/WM SD and PP modules. Support finance teams during month-end and year-end closing processes. Develop functional specifications for custom reports and enhancements. Conduct system testing user training and post-go-live support. Create and maintain documentation (BPDs configuration guides test scripts). Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams (ABAP Basis). Good understanding of data migration tools (LSMW BDC BAPI). Experience working with interfaces (IDOCs EDI third-party systems).
What should you bring along	Strong SAP configuration knowledge in the FICO module. Capable of preparing Functional Specifications Testing Documents and User Manuals. Skilled in analyzing and resolving issues related to the SAP FICO module. Update and maintain all SAP Module functional documentation. Experienced in analyzing and scoping end-user authorization roles. Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support to business users. Hands-on experience with incident management change requests system enhancements and ECC system upgrades. Collaborate with cross-functional teams offering solutions-based support within the FICO module and across integrated SAP modules.
Must have technical skill	SAP FI/ CO IDOC EDI LSMW Experience with ticketing and change management JIRA. S/4 Hana Finance added (advantage). SAP ABAP debugging (advantage).
Good to have technical skills	SAP certification in FICO or Financial Accounting. Experience with FIORI apps Solution Manager ServiceNow or Strong ability to understand and interpret business needs and requirements with an aptitude to move concepts through to proposal and successful implementation. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business users stakeholders and technical teams. Ability to work interdependently as well as independently and to submit deliverables on time and with excellent quality. Willing and able to travel internationally.
