Job Title: Project Manager - Hybrid

Job Description:
As a Project Manager you will lead and manage projects across the full lifecycle to ensure successful delivery within scope schedule and budget. You will be responsible for planning governance communication risk management and stakeholder alignment while ensuring compliance with organizational processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define document and manage project scope schedule and budget.
• Develop project charters work plans and governance artifacts.
• Track project performance using metrics and provide regular status reporting.
• Identify manage and resolve risks issues and project barriers.
• Facilitate meetings including status calls planning sessions and stakeholder briefings.
• Develop and implement communication plans to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete current and properly maintained.
• Support requirements elicitation analysis and documentation activities as needed.
• Oversee project execution to ensure alignment with operational and financial objectives.

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

• Proven experience managing projects through full lifecycle phases including planning execution and closure.
• Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Experience with large system implementations and cross-functional team leadership.
• Proficiency with MS Project Office 365 and Azure DevOps.
• Strong skills in project governance reporting and documentation.
• Experience with risk management issue resolution and stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and project governance standards.
• Experience supporting system integration and UAT activities.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal written analytical and organizational skills.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
