Job Description:

As an ERP Project Manager specializing in PeopleSoft you will support enterprise program delivery by coordinating large scale ERP initiatives managing stakeholder communication and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. You will work closely with leadership program managers and vendors to facilitate project execution oversee governance activities and ensure timely high quality delivery of program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support enterprise ERP program management activities including coordination with leadership and vendors.
• Facilitate project execution resource management and stakeholder communication.
• Identify track and escalate risks and issues across projects and program workstreams.
• Ensure deliverables meet defined requirements timelines and quality standards.
• Prepare presentations reports and long term planning documents for governance forums.
• Maintain program documentation including schedules budgets metrics and requirements.
• Monitor program performance and communicate status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate meetings logistics communications and documentation for program activities.
• Support governance structures and collaborate with oversight teams on findings and recommendations.

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
• Proven experience managing ERP programs particularly PeopleSoft implementations or upgrades.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies governance and administration processes.
• Experience managing budgets program metrics risks and deliverables.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders vendors and cross functional teams.
• Strong communication organization and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic enterprise environment.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
