Job Overview:
CGI is looking for a talented and motivated Learning & Development with strong expertise in Stakeholder Management to build and manage scalable efficient and reliable data pipelines and infrastructure. Youll play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights working closely with data scientists analysts and business teams.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) professional with 810 years of experience in managing enterprise learning initiatives training operations governance stakeholder engagement and capability development programs within a GCC/IT services environment.
The candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end L&D operations including training strategy learning governance compliance management budgeting reporting content curation and delivery of technical as well as behavioural training programs. The role requires strong collaboration with business leaders HR teams and stakeholders to build scalable learning solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Learning Strategy & Capability Development
Design and execute organization-wide Learning & Development strategies aligned with business and organizational goals.
Identify competency gaps through stakeholder discussions and skill assessments.
Curate GCC-specific learning interventions for technical behavioural leadership and compliance training requirements.
Build structured learning roadmaps for employees across multiple business units.
Partner with business leaders and HR teams to drive capability development initiatives.
L&D Operations & Training Management
Manage end-to-end training operations including training needs analysis scheduling nominations logistics coordination attendance tracking and closure reporting.
Ensure smooth execution of classroom virtual and hybrid learning programs.
Coordinate with trainers SMEs vendors and external partners for training delivery.
Drive learning adoption and employee participation across learning platforms.
Monitor training effectiveness through feedback analysis and learning metrics.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure governance and compliance for all mandatory technical behavioural and organizational learning programs.
Track completion of mandatory trainings and certifications across business units.
Maintain training records audit documentation compliance reports and learning repositories.
Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and governance frameworks for L&D initiatives.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies audit requirements and quality standards.
Content Curation & Training Delivery
Curate and customize learning content based on organizational and GCC-specific requirements.
Leverage internal CGI learning platforms/resources for learning campaigns and skill development initiatives.
Deliver soft skills communication behavioural and professional development training programs.
Facilitate workshops on presentation skills business communication workplace etiquette collaboration and leadership fundamentals.
Collaborate with SMEs to enhance learning effectiveness and learner engagement.
Reporting Dashboarding & Analytics
Prepare and maintain L&D dashboards MIS reports utilization reports and training effectiveness metrics.
Track learning KPIs including participation completion certification status and compliance adherence.
Generate periodic reports for leadership review and management discussions.
Analyse training data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Manage budgeting vendor payments training utilization and cost optimization activities.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional and technical training requirements.
Act as a strategic partner for managers and leadership teams on learning initiatives.
Coordinate with HR recruitment delivery teams and leadership for organizational development programs.
Drive employee engagement initiatives through learning campaigns and development activities.
Ensure timely communication and coordination among all stakeholders involved in training programs.
