Transport Senior Manager Government & Public Sector (G&PS) Advisory

As a Senior Manager you will work as part of a teamleveragingyour influenceexpertiseand network to deliver quality results forTransportclients while contributing to business growth for PwCsbroaderGovernment & Public Sector team. You will:

• Lead deliver and support large-scaletransporttransformation programmes across government and public sector clients.

• SupportTransportaccount growth within G&PS go-to-market strategies including the identification of new opportunities and shaping proposals.

• Support the development and implementation of future-state operating modelsprocurementstrategiesand operational effectiveness plansand adjacent advisory servicesfor priorityclients.

• Apply project management and change management methodologies to support transformation initiatives.

• Collaborate with clients to co-create solutions that addresscomplex organisational challenges.

• Collaboratively work with diverse teams and stakeholders to deliversolutions tocomplex problems with a key focus on benefits realisation and sustained value creation.

• Anticipate stakeholder needspre-emptivelydeveloping and discussing potential solutions.

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage relationships at senior levels.

• Ensure delivery of high-quality outputs aligned to client expectations and project goals.

Your Profile

• A recognised University Degree with 7years experience in management consulting or public sector roles particularly in the Transportsector.

• A track recordin business development and client relationship management with strong commercial acumen and an ability toidentifyand convert business development opportunities.

• Deep understanding of one or more of the following capabilities: Operating Model design Public Sector Procurement TransformationDelivery Programme ManagementorChange management.

• Knowledge of the challengesthe Transport sector isfacingin the context of the widerIrish government agenda.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience navigating political and operational complexities.
