Purpose-Led Work Youll Be Part Of

As a Senior Manager you will work as part of a teamleveragingyour influenceexpertiseand network to deliver quality results for Public Sector clients while contributing to business growth for PwCs Government & Public Sector team. You will;

• Lead deliver and support large-scaletechnology and AItransformation programmes across government and public sector clients.

• Support sector and account growth within G&PS go-to-market strategiesin relation to technology and AI enablement including the identification of new opportunities and shaping proposals.

• Support the development and implementation oftechnology and AI solutions to enablefuture-state operating models organisational structures and workforce strategies.

• Apply project management and change management methodologies to supporttechnology and AItransformation initiatives.

• Collaborate with clients to co-create solutions that address complex organisational challenges.

• Collaboratively work with diverse teams and stakeholders to deliversolutions tocomplex problems with a key focus on benefits realisation and sustained value creation.

• Anticipate stakeholder needs developing and discussing potential solutionspre-emptively.

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage relationships at senior levels.

• Ensure delivery of high-quality outputs aligned to client expectations and project goals.

Your Profile

• 7 years experience in technology or technology transformation in Government or Public Sector consulting.

• Deep understanding of one or more Government technology solutions (e.g. Case Management Customer Relationship Management Grants Management Citizen Services).

• A track recordin business development and client relationship management with strong commercial acumen and an ability toidentifyand convert business development opportunities.

• Knowledge of the challenges facing Irish government and public sector organisations.

• Strongtrack recordof leading complex technologydataand AI programmes withinlargescaleenvironments.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience navigating political and operational complexities.

• Relevant undergraduate and / orMastersdegree in a technology related field.

• Relevant professional certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 Scrum/Agile vendor certifications.
