Manager Qualifications - A successful Studio Manager believes in the healing power of Massage Therapy and has the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in a management role such as Sales Manager Operations Manager or General Manager preferably within the wellness or service industry
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team to success
• Organizational expertise to ensure smooth daily operations including implementing structure policies and procedures
• Customer service-focused with the ability to engage and retain clients
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify challenges and implement solutions efficiently
• Effective at setting clear expectations goals and delegating tasks to team members
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff clients and management
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently interact with clients staff and vendors
• Exceptional organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Flexible availability to workdays nights weekends and holidays as needed
• Experience in training mentoring and motivating staff to deliver top-notch service and sales.
• Familiarity withMindBody Software(preferred but not required)
