Our client is a world-class leader and manufacturer of Intelligent Storage Systems. With over 20 years of expertise in automated warehousing technology they provide cutting-edge intralogistics solutions to global industry giants. As they expand their footprint in Southeast Asia they are seeking a high-energy results-oriented Site Manager to oversee the on-site installation and commissioning of automated racking systems and ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems) for our clients in Thailand.

Responsibilities
- Execution Leadership: Direct all on-site activities ensuring high-density racking and automation components are installed precisely according to technical specifications and safety standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients subcontractors and engineers to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Project Oversight: Manage timelines resource allocation and onsite coordination proactively resolving bottlenecks to keep the project on track.
- Safety and Quality First: Enforce rigorous HSE (Health Safety and Environment) protocols and perform final quality inspections before system handover.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and Thai to bridge communication between headquarters local teams and subcontractors. Proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in site management or project engineering specifically within industrial construction logistics automation or steel structure installation.
- Problem Solver: Proven ability to manage complex on-site logistics and lead diverse technical teams under tight deadlines.
- Qualifications: A degree in Civil Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
