Senior NPI Manager Precision Manufacturing Chonburi

Im currently supporting an international advanced manufacturing organization on the search for a Senior NPI Manager to lead New Product Introduction and customer transfer projects within a highly technical manufacturing environment in Thailand.

This is a key leadership role supporting complex high-precision products across industries including semiconductor electronics optics medical devices and advanced technology manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead full lifecycle New Product Introduction (NPI) and customer transfer projects from RFQ through production ramp-up
Manage and develop the NPI Engineering team including coaching KPI management and performance development
Collaborate with Sales and Program teams on technical quotations process feasibility and cost estimation
Oversee technical documentation including WI BOM PFMEA Control Plans and process flow documentation
Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D Production Quality Procurement and Logistics
Lead trial builds validation activities and production readiness reviews
Act as the main technical interface for customer audits technical discussions and project reviews
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and strengthen internal NPI processes and standards

Requirements:
7 years of experience within NPI Manufacturing Engineering or Process Development environments
Prior experience managing customer transfer or new product industrialization projects
Background in precision manufacturing optics electronics semiconductor or medical device industries preferred
Strong knowledge of Core Quality Tools including SPC MSA FMEA Control Plans and 8D
Familiarity with ISO 9001 ISO 13485 and IATF 16949 environments
Experience with ERP systems and CAD software such as SolidWorks Creo or AutoCAD
Strong leadership project management and cross-functional coordination skills
Fluent English communication required
Chinese language capability would be considered an advantage
