• Clean and restore household items and personal belongings damaged by fire water smoke or mold
• Carefully pack wrap label and inventory customer belongings
• Use specialized cleaning products and restoration equipment
• Organize and store contents in warehouse facilities
• Photograph and document items using company software
• Assist with loading and unloading contents for transport
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces and equipment
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers and team members
• Follow company safety procedures and cleaning standards

• Experience in residential cleaning housekeeping hotel cleaning janitorial work or professional cleaning preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable performing physical work and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Customer service experience preferred
• Valid drivers license preferred but not required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
