Job Summary
Our client is experiencing strong growth driven by increased demand and is expanding their production team. They are seeking motivated Produce Pick Packers who are keen to be trained developed and supported in a long-term role with the business.
The role will offer:
- $30.35/hr starting rate increasing to $31.19 after 3 months
- Performance-based incentives available for high achievers
- Direct employment (no labour hire or on-call uncertainty) with consistent ongoing hours
- Full training provided
- Forklift licence not required however highly regarded

The role will involve:
- Picking and packing fresh produce in an indoor facility
- Operating a WAV picker (lifting equipment) full training provided no licence required
- Sorting weighing and packing produce to specification
- Safe manual handling of products up to 25kg
- Labelling wrapping and preparing goods for dispatch
- Working in a 7-day operation with consistent weekly hours
- Following a roster issued weekly via email
An ideal applicant will have:
- Must have valid working rights for at least 6 months with one employer
- Motivated and able to work toward achievable targets
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexible availability across morning afternoon and occasional weekend shifts
- Able to understand and follow instructions in English (support for other languages available)
- Physically fit and able to complete repetitive manual handling tasks
- Reliable transport required (no public transport access)
