Job Summary
A busy manufacturing operation in Hendra is seeking experienced Production Machine Operatorsto join their growing team. This is a long-term opportunity within a well-organised production environment that values safety reliability and strong team culture.
The role suits operators from manufacturing backgrounds such as building products food processing steel plastics or other production-based industries who are confident working around machinery and maintaining production flow.
Duties will include:
- Operating machinery used to cut shape and process materials
- Feeding products into machines and monitoring output
- Performing basic quality and process checks
- Operating forklifts to move materials and finished products
- Supporting general production and housekeeping requirements
- Working closely within a team to maintain safe and efficient production
The Role Offers:
- $35.00 - $38.00 per hour penalty rates!
- Monday to Friday roster with consistent 6:00am starts
- Overtime opportunities available
