Youre a hands-on engineering leader who loves building highperforming teams and modern software that customers truly this role youll lead agile engineering teams to deliver scalable highquality products while actively shaping how AI accelerates software development.
Youll combine strong technical foundations with people leadership coaching engineers to do their best work and using AIpowered tools to raise the bar for developer productivity software quality and delivery outcomes.
Heres a breakdown of what youll do (not all of it just the important stuff):
- Lead and coach agile engineering teams to deliver reliable scalable customerfocused software.
- Champion engineering excellence continuous improvement and measurable delivery outcomes.
- Drive the adoption of AIassisted development tools to improve coding efficiency documentation and design decisions.
- Partner closely with product managers architects and other engineering leaders to align technical delivery with business goals.
- Lead complex technical and crossfunctional initiatives from concept to production.
- Shape a modern AIdriven developer experience that encourages learning experimentation and innovation.
These are the essentials youll need to get an interview:
- Overall around 10 years with close to 5 years experience Leading / managing software engineering teams.
- Proven success leading agile teams delivering highquality scalable software.
- Strong handson technical background with React TypeScript relational databases (MySQL) and cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP.
- Solid understanding of modern software architecture design principles CI/CD pipelines DevOps and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience working with AIassisted engineering tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot Claude AI Cursor AI).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- A customerfirst mindset ensuring user needs guide technical decisions.
