The ideal candidate will partner closely with senior leadership to support key business decisions and ensure financial excellence across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead Strategic Finance Budgeting and Business Planning initiatives Drive Project Finance Capital Planning and M&A activities Partner with leadership on business strategy and financial decision-making Manage Treasury Operations Banking Relationships and Investor Relations Oversee Financial Reporting Audit Taxation and Statutory Compliance Strengthen Corporate Governance Internal Controls and Risk Management Monitor cash flow working capital and overall financial performance Lead mentor and develop the finance team Requirements Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15 years of relevant experience Strong expertise in Strategic Finance Treasury Capital Planning and Corporate Finance Proven experience in financial leadership and stakeholder management Industry exposure to Winding Wire Electrical Electronics Manufacturing or related sectors preferred Excellent analytical communication and leadership skills Based in Kolkata or willing to relocate
