Join the OEM family! Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor the Administrative Support II supports the general administrative operations of the warehouse.If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in a collaborative timeline driven environment this could be the role for you.
Job Description:
- Accountable for Infor M3 (Lawson) transactions for Exchange transactions at OEM
- Manage work orders/purchase orders for OEM and 3rd party rebuild facilities
- Process invoices for rebuilt components at OEM
- Collaborate with Finning parts team to complete transactions including zero dollar core credits inbound/outbound shipments and other ad hoc requests
- Monitor inventory inbound and on-hand within warehouse and solve problems when they arise regarding this inventory
- Recognize and investigate problems with the system or invoicing and make recommendations to rectify
- Support Finning branches and departments to improve knowledge and understanding of parts/exchange components procedures and performance to improve overall supply chain effectiveness
- Collaborate with inventory planners supervisors supply chain groups branches and cross-functional groups within company to proactively identify and mitigate any issues as well as developing solutions to continuously improve the performance of our supply chain
- Provide backup to other roles during vacation travel or high volume periods
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Operations Management Supply Chain Management Business or equivalent experience in a related field is an asset
- Experience with M3 Infor (Lawson) is considered an asset
- Previous office administration and customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills analytical skills with a high attention to detail and the ability to set priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Self-driven with strong organizational skills including the ability to problem solve
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications advanced level in excel and internal systems
- Willingness to understand and adhere to Finning policies and procedures including safety
- Knowledge and understanding of or experience in end-to-end supply chain management within heavy equipment automotive utilities mining parts or retail industry would be preferred
