About the role:
Reporting to the Supervisor Accounts Payable the Accounts Payable Clerk will be a crucial part to the success of our business by ensuring our vendors are paid on time and accurately.
To be successful we are looking for self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills who works with a high level of integrity and understanding of confidentiality. The successful person has high attention-to-detail and can adapt multi-task prioritize tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

- Assist in facilitating monthly department goals
- Process and review vendor statements and ensure efficient and accurate processing
- Identify possible process improvements and investigate value added solutions
- Maintain strong mine site and vendor relations
- Diploma in Business Administration
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- High digital literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in a fast-paced clerical or accounts payable setting is an asset
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License or equivalent
