日常培训: 负责团队人员培训制定年度培训计划聚焦服务意识应急处理等能力短板组织实操演练与效果评估

供应商管理:负责保洁外包的管理工作做好日常监督考核

工作计划制定:执行部门的各项计划监督员工执行内部规章制度岗位职责档案管理

现场执行接待与活动支持完成场地布置物资调配等工作

现场监督负责公司日常的办公秩序及办公环境的维护及管理

沟通协调协调各职能任务如大型活动搬迁应急响应明确节点责任人与时限

工作检查开展定期工作检查形成检查报告并闭环整改

费用管理编制并管控部门年度预算严控超支定期分析费用结构

数据记录和分析建立运营数据看板并定期分析

工作总结和汇报定期提交高质量工作总结与改进建议支撑管理决策

按时上下班礼貌待客准时优质完成客户所要求完成的服务项目严格执行健康与安全标准避免出现任何违反程序行为的出现

完成上级领导安排的其他工作

岗位要求

基本条件学历全日制本科及以上学历

专业背景行政管理酒店管理经济金融类等相关专业优先良好的服务态度及工作态度

工作经验具备3年及以上以下任一领域客服主管服务经验金融行业银行/证券/保险总部甲级写字楼LEED/WELL认证项目优先星级酒店四星及以上

核心能力普通话标准流利二级甲等及以上优先形象气质佳亲和力强服务意识突出具备基础办公软件操作能力Word/Excel/Outlook

职业素养责任心强细致耐心抗压能力好遵守职业操守严守客户及公司信息保密要求
