Job Summary
Job Title: Interim Director of Nursing (DON)
Location: Sabetha KS
Contract Length: 813 Weeks
Shift: Variable Days
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Shift Length: 8 Hour Shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Interim Director of Nursing (DON) for an exciting Travel or Local job in SabethaKS.
PResponsibilities:
- Oversee daily nursing department operations
- Ensure compliance with facility and regulatory standards
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care
- Support staffing scheduling and clinical operations
- Assist on the floor when needed
- Maintain quality care standards and documentation compliance
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Previous DON experience required
- LTC/Skilled Nursing experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing multiple nursing units
- Familiarity with state and federal nursing regulations
- Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams
Certifications / Licenses:
- Active RN License (Required)
