We are seeking a detail-oriented organized and proactive Billing & Operations Specialist to join our Home Office team in Laconia NH.

Position Overview

The Billing & Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting company billing operations provider support office administration and internal systems management. This position works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure billing processes provider support tasks and office operations are completed accurately and efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in keeping systems and operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience with billing invoicing administrative operations or office coordination preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database/software systems
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
