Setting: School-Based (K12)
Contract Duration: 42 Weeks
Shift & Schedule: Day Shift 7:00 AM 2:30 PM Weekly Hours: 37.5 Hours Monday Friday

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Speech Language Pathologist School for an exciting Travel or Local job in Houston TX.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to K12 students
• Conduct evaluations screenings and assessments for communication disorders
• Develop implement and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy sessions in individual and group settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers administrators and school staff
• Support students with articulation fluency language and communication needs
• Assist students in meeting educational and communication objectives
• Work collaboratively with multiple SLPs per campus

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Speech Language Pathologist license required or in process
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred or eligible
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) welcome
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and special education services
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage caseloads in team-based environment
