This is a foundational hire working at the core of the backend team to design and scale infrastructure supporting complex real-time AI systems. Youll play a key role in shaping how the platform evolves as it moves through a significant growth phase.

What Youll Do

Own and scale core backend systems and infrastructure in a high-growth environment
Design and build systems for workflow orchestration task queuing and scheduling
Develop integrations across multiple data sources (email calendar messaging platforms SaaS tools)
Solve complex engineering challenges related to latency scalability and LLM-driven workflows
Build and ship new features end-to-end in a fast-paced collaborative team
Work closely with founders engineers and users to deliver high-impact solutions

What Youll Have

510 years of backend engineering experience
Proven experience scaling systems within a high-growth or startup environment
Strong background in backend infrastructure distributed systems or data-heavy applications
Experience working on complex real-time or AI-driven systems (LLMs workflows orchestration)
Ability to operate with high ownership and autonomy in fast-paced environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical work into business impact
